Contact & Support Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how FutureAI PTY LTD collects, uses, and stores information submitted through our contact channels, including the website form and live chat assistant. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) when handling personal information and any sensitive information you choose to provide.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity and contact details you provide (name, company, email, phone) so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Business requirements or project descriptions supplied in your message to tailor our response.
  • Optional preferences (service interest, marketing opt-in) when you choose to share them.
  • System metadata captured automatically for security and troubleshooting (session identifiers, browser type, approximate location derived from IP). We do not store precise geolocation without consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use the collected information for the purposes you consent to, which may include:

  • Responding to your enquiry and providing requested materials or demonstrations.
  • Coordinating follow-up meetings, proposals, or onboarding activities.
  • Sending marketing updates if you expressly opt in (you can withdraw at any time).
  • Analysing aggregate support trends to improve our services while respecting data minimisation.

4. Storage, Security & Retention

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted within regions that meet APP cross-border safeguards. Access is restricted to authorised FutureAI staff and trusted processors bound by confidentiality. We retain contact and chat records for up to 24 months unless longer retention is required to manage an active engagement. Transcripts are deleted earlier if you request erasure or when no longer needed.

5. Disclosures

FutureAI does not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us deliver support (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These partners are required to handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act and this policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at kmahsan@futureai.com.au or submit a request through our chat assistant referencing this policy.

7. Updates

We review this policy regularly to ensure alignment with OAIC guidance. When we post updates, the version number and effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of our contact channels after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
